  • Full payment (for prepaid orders) or Cash on Delivery (COD) is required before dispatch.

  • If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will offer a refund or alternative option.

4. Pricing & Discounts

  • All prices listed on Ehraam.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Discounted or promotional prices are valid for a limited time and cannot be claimed after expiration.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Flat delivery charges of 250 PKR apply to all orders.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to customer unavailability, an additional delivery charge may apply for reattempting delivery.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must notify us before returning a product by contacting our support team.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer agrees to use Ehraam.pk only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent activities.
