Cancellation Policy
Orders placed and confirmed before 6 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
If such orders are requested to be canceled after 6 PM, cancellation will not be possible, as the order will have already been handed over to the courier.
Orders placed after 6 PM can be canceled before 6 PM the next day, provided they have not been dispatched yet.
Partial cancellations of dispatched orders are not possible, as these orders are already in transit.
We kindly request our customers to review their order carefully before placing it and ensure that all selected items are required.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible, and returned orders may come back to us.
